Phillip Strand, RCI, RRO, a Senior Technical Specialist and Project Manager for McBride Architecture, will conduct the field inspections, lead the assessment process and coordinate the data input and drawing effort. He offers 38 years of experience in the roofing industry as a superintendent, cost estimator, inspector, consultant and expert witness. He is currently the Project Manager for the Roof Management Programs at Oregon State Department of Administrative Services and Oregon State University with eight major roof repair and replacement projects scheduled for September completion. He is accredited by the Roof Consultant’s Institute as a Registered Roof Observer, Levels I, II, and III, and for many years was the only RRO in the Northwest. |
