Pool HouseGarden and Pool House Portland, Oregon This Garden and Pool House is Located high in Portland's West Hills was featured in a Better Homes and Gardens, November 2003 article titled Tropical Punch. It began as a vision for a tropical garden that could be enjoyed by a water loving family year around in Northwest weather. The upper level is a comfortable sheltered corner of the garden while the lower level provides for other garden needs, pool equipment, changing areas and wine cellar. The Garden House was completed in the Fall of 2002.
